Mariano C. Rocafort is the Principal Consultant of NextEra Consulting LLC, bringing over two decades of executive-level experience across multiple industries, including automotive and renewable energy.

Throughout his career, Mariano has worked with both multinational corporations and local enterprises across Puerto Rico and Florida, consistently driving operational efficiency, revenue growth, and market positioning.

He spent 16 years in Puerto Rico as part of the management team, developing the largest independent automotive distributor in the Caribbean, supporting over 40 dealerships. During his tenure, he played a key role in the growth and market leadership of brands such as Nissan, Kia, and Infiniti, earning recognition from manufacturers across the region.

After relocating to Florida in 2017, Mariano transitioned into the renewable energy sector, where he contributed to the structured expansion and profitability of multiple organizations.

Mariano is a bilingual executive consultant known for combining strategic vision with hands-on execution. His leadership style emphasizes accountability, team alignment, and results-driven growth.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and carries multiple certifications in Leadership, Corporate Communication, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Business Optimization, and Public Relations. He is also a Notary Public in the State of Florida.
